Which account do I choose?
When you give online, you'll see different accounts listed in alphabetical order under the "fund" heading. This gives you the option to make a donation to a missions or a camp scholarship fund, but for general tithes and offerings be sure that the "tithe & offering" fund is selected.
How fast are checks processed?
We are able to scan checks automatically and they will be processed immediately. After the giving on the weekend, we process the funds during that week.
Do I have to log in if I want to tithe the same amount each week or month?
No. You can easliy create a reoccurring gift. Specify whether you want your contribution made one time, weekly, twice per month, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You can set up as many schedules as you would like, so it is possible to give a monthly gift as well as a weekly one.
Will I receive a contribution statement for tax purposes?
No. Your annual giving, as well as your year to date giving, is easily accessed and printed from the same page you give on. Simply, select "schedules/history" at the top of the giving page.
What if I need to make changes (credit card, amount, date) to a scheduled contribution?
When you log in you will be given a chance to edit or delete a scheduled contribution, including the credit card, date, frequency and amount.
Is online giving secure?
