Child Safety & Security

Foursquare Kids is committed to protecting and releasing children in the calling God has placed on their lives. First Thessalonians 5:23 is our guide:

"..may your spirit and soul and body be perserved complete..." - 1 Thess. 5:23 NASB

We have been charged by God with the responsibility of protecting each child's spirit, soul and body and will do everything possilbe to ensure that charge is fulfilled. We are committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters spiritual, emotional and physical health for all children who participate in our ministries. When you bring your child to Foursquare Kids, a Foursquare Kids Pastor will be available to answer any individual questions you have concerning the safey of your child. Each of the Foursquare Kids volunteers are skilled workers that are there to teach your child that Jesus loves them, to have fun and to keep them safe.

Below are some of our policies that reflect our commitment to safety:

BACKGROUND CHECKS

All Foursquare Kids volunteers and staff must go through an application process and have a nation-wide background check on file before they can serve in any ministry that involves Foursquare Kids.

SECURE CHECK-IN

Our check-in process involves a randomly-generated, alphanumeric code printed on the child's tag and the parental receipt tag. Without the receipt tag that matches the child's nametag, it is impossible for unauthorized people to pick-up a child from a Foursquare Kids classroom.

CLASSROOM RATIOS

All of our classrooms are staffed with an adult per child ratio according to childcare licensing standards of the State of Washington. We are committed to providing great and supervision for all children participating in Foursquare Kids.

RESTROOM PROTOCOL

Your child's privacy will be maintained throughout their experience in Foursquare Kids. A parent will be paged to administer any needed diaper changes and children in need of assistance in the restroom, will have their parents paged to offer this assistance. Adults are not permitted into the restrooms with children.
